SORRY GUYS! - What I'm Up To

I'd just like to apologise for my absolutely appalling behaviour, I've abandoned this blog for six months! Reason being it was exam season and I've not had much time. Fortunately though, I will be resuming to post regularly during the entirety of summer! I've got quite a few things to look forward to: I'm going to Norway for a week on Sunday, so that should be really exciting; In the summer I'm going to BBK Bilbao festival where Depeche Mode, Two Door Cinema Club, Alt J, Kings Of Leon, Green Day and so many others are playing, with a friend; Because I've finally finished school and I'm moving into sixth form, I finally get to dye my hair the way I want! I have my lilac, pink and baby blue dyes line up and ready. Also I'm going to be in Spain all summer, so I can tell you guys how I'm doing over there. On a completely unrelated note, I'm going to set up an Etsy shop selling iPhone cases with my designs on it. I've already sent for a sample for this lovely tropical/summer/tumblr inspired phone case:

Here is a little collage I've made of how I hope my hair will turn out, It's going to be a long process, but it'll be worth it! (picture taken from my Instagram @elizabethberi)

Also my winged backpack came! I can't believe I forgot to post it ages ago. The shipping was a nightmare but it was SOOO worth the money, I think it remains one of my favourite bags I've ever bought, along with my Cambridge Satchel:

I've also been getting up to a lot of drawing, it's such a great pastime. I would love it if you all followed my IG, @elizabethberi, I post every day so posts are regular unlike on here! There are also soooo many more of my drawings and clothes ect on my Instagram, so for more pictures it'd be cool  if you followed:) xx

(Please do not use/take any of my drawings or pictures without my permission or without crediting me. It's really rude:( )

MY CLOTHES: Silver Leggings

My Urban Outfitters metallic leggings arrived in the post! I think I am in love. The fact that I'd have to loose at least half my body weight to carry these off as well as the models on the UO website really doesn't bother me. They make my legs look slightly bigger than they are (taking into account that these are extremely flattering photos) but I really don't mind at all because the material is just so beautiful that it makes me feel good! I love how they almost look like a strangely coloured liquid metal. My good camera isn't working and I sprained my ankle (as made apparent by my bandaged foot) which led to these poor quality photos. When I complete this outfit - including my fab new backpack, either my purple Dr. Martens or my spiked boots and an oversized black sweater with a motif.

Also, I was having fun on my IPad today so I thought I'd just share this all with you. E for Elizabeth yay:) (I'm literally so immature when I find fun apps >.<)

Instagram + Packages

I'm not sure which moment of insanity drove me to get Instagram, but here I am. Yes I gave in, oh well. If you want to follow me my Instagram is @elizabethberi. It'll have mostly pictures from this blog, jewellery I make or pictures I draw and my outfits. So go ahead and follow! (There is a link on the sidebar so just click there or below) Also, my bubble backpacks arrived and I love them. My friend ditched her other bag immediately, as soon as I gave hers to her for her birthday. Since I've gotten many compliments on it, a few odd stares from year 7s and countless suggestions that I should fill it up with helium and wear it as a balloon. As soon as my camera gets working again, I'll post pictures of both those and my newly arrived shiny leggings!

P.S I know I haven't been very consistent with my blog this month, but I've had a lot of things going on. Hopefully blogging will resume daily/every other day in February. Thank you for your patience!

Model Appreciation: Charlotte Free

Charlotte Free is a professional fashion model known for her pink hair. She got discovered in 2010 while she was in an arcade, playing video games.
She has done fashion shows for Jeremy Scott, Topshop Unique, Manish Arora, Vivienne Westwood, United Bamboo, House of Holland, Moncler Gamme Rouge, Thierry Mugler, Charlotte Ronson, Danielle Scut, Richard Chai, Limi Feu, and Chanel.
She appears in editorials for Bullet, i-D, Harper's Bazaar Australia, Dazed & Confused, Dossier Journal, Vogue Japan, V Man, Interview, and Jalouse.
She also appeared in a campaign for Maybelline New York.
She's currently signed with IMG Models in New York, Paris, London, and Milan.

(I'll upload a proper bio tomorrow, too tired to do it now)

She makes me sad that I couldn't keep my turquoise hair because of school. As soon as I leave sixth form it'll definitely be lilac, pale pink or even a mix of both!

Space Age Leggings

I think that I've featured these in a previous post but I love them so much that I don't care! Sci-fi inspired clothes have been a huge trend lately, which means stocking up on metallic gear. The best way to do this is with some awesome holographic or shiny bottoms. These foil leggings from Urban Outfitters were £35, but now they've been reduced to £10. Since I can't resist a good deal, I bought myself an pair of the silvery white ones. You can purchase them HERE on the Urban Outfitters website, but take care because they'rew selling out fast!

Since I bought the white/silver ones, I'm going to style them like this: With my blue bubble backpack from the previous post

Obviously my super shiny silver leggings

And my spiked boots

Or something like this:
